I purchased this hookah from a kiosk at the mall. As far as looks go, this hookah is great. The build quality also seems pretty decent for the most part, and the hose that comes with it is very long, enabling you to pass it around freely when sharing with friends. I'm giving this 2 stars though because of the glass coal tray. I figured that, being a COAL TRAY, that I would be able to put a small, almost completely used up coal in there to let it burn out while starting another... well that was a huge mistake. A few minutes later I heard a huge *POP* and finally realized that the coal tray had cracked from the heat (even though in the description on here says it can handle the heat). So if you purchase this hookah, do NOT place coals on the glass coal tray.
