I give this seller 4 stars for excellent "Medical For You" customer service. I would give them 5 stars if they actually had this chair! It is not in stock as advertised.

I ordered it and it was drop-shipped from the manufacturer (Medline) and arrived in to days! But they sent the completely wrong chair. I contacted Customer Service who were extremely polite, and prompt. They immediately had another chair shipped.

Again, another wrong chair, though this one was close. This time they sent the "ARE" model rather than the "AR" model. The "ARE" model that they shipped appears to be a cost-reduced version of the "AR"; not as nice and not what I wanted.

Though the "AR" model is advertised throughout Amazon, it is no longer manufactured it yet they don't change the ad! Beware!

Customer Service sent me prepaid shipping labels, no restocking fee, had FedEx pick up at my house and refunded my money! They were a pleasure to deal with. (Thanks, Suzzi!)
