we ordered this item for my father in laws visit for my daughers wedding, the shipper was more than accomodating in the shipping of this item to us and made sure we had in 2 days as we had requested in an email to them. However they were not the same when it came time to return, my father in laws health issues turned out to keep him from being able to make the trip so we did not even open the package. When we cotacted the seller for return authorization we were told we were responsible for finding a shipper, paying shipping charges and would be charged a re-stocking fee.
