I was really happy at how quick the wheelchair was delivered. The quality appeared the same or better than other wheelchairs we had previously rented. However, by the third day of using it, the left armrest broke off from the seat and the wheelchair didn't roll. Within a couple weeks, the right armrest broke off. I now need to buy another wheelchair for my mom with removable armrests, not permanent like this one. That way if the armrests break, at least I can replace them.
