This rollator is a well-made, heavy duty product. I did find that it was larger (wider) than I had anticipated, and it would not fit through various door openings in my house. I bought it to take on a cruise vacation, but in the end, I sent it back because of its size and because the basket made it difficult to fold up (a necessity for my purpose.) The basket seemed difficult to put into place and made folding the rollator up difficult because I had to remove and carry it. I would recommend this rollator, however, especially if you are going to use it outside. It is sturdy and provides a good solid seat for resting. I rated this product a 4 because of the basket -I would rate it a 4.5 if there were a way to do so.
