I do wish I had bought the larger size of the knee cuff, I bought the medium. But because it is adjustable, a larger size would have meant that I would have more of my knee cooled. I used this and am still using this 3 weeks after knee surgery. So much easier than getting a bag of ice every few hours, and the water stays cold for a long time, 5-8 hours depending upon how much ice you use. But definitely go one size bigger than what is suggested. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Medium Knee Cryo/cuff with Cooler, 18" - 23" Leg Circumference Combines the Therapeutic Benefits of Controlled Compression to Minimize Hemarthrosis, Edema Hematoma, Swelling and Pain" are high quality item.
