I was a little leery at first. However, I must say I followed the advice of the representative on my cruise line. I incorporated exercise with taking the tablets every day and my results have been great. My measurements before the program - Waist was a 38 hips 43 thighs 28 - these measurements were taken May 30th 2008. My new measurements as of June 27, 2008 are 32 in waist Hips 42 thighs 25.
