This specific product was recommended by my physician to combat my winter ennui from living in the Northeast as a transplanted Floridian. I've used it for 3 winters now and can attest to the difference it makes. I don't give it 5 stars because the construction is a bit flimsy and a little awkward to set up the first time, so I wouldn't want anyone reading my review to be surprised by that. But the bulbs themselves are expensive, so the price is reasonable. I would purchase it again.
