When this device first arrived and I opened the box, this device appeared to be quite light weight and flimsy. It appeared quite solid and "heavy" looking in the photos, but in person it is exactly the opposite. It is quite easy to assemble, and does appear accurate in blood pressure readings. The button to release the air pressure does function extremely well, and better than any other cuff I have used. The major issue for this item is the excessive hand pressure required to inflate the cuff. It requires about 5 times the strength of an ordinary cuff. When I use it I consider it my exercise for the day.
