I have had mild Rosacea for 7 years. I get the "pimples" and the itch, just a slight redness. I get a "breakout" every few months.
I've tried many different lotions, over the counter, dermatologist, internet, etc.

This is the first product that I've used that actually got my Rosacea under control in about 3 days! It feels really nice going on, not oily, no weird smell. I could feel my skin calm down within 1/2 hour and the pimples reduce. After 3 days my breakout was nearly gone.

I bought one sample of this particular piece a few weeks ago. It is very lightweight compared to a Cassiani stopper I also bought in a similar price range. And although the pattern cut and definition look quite good, the actual metal is already tarnishing on top and bottom -- and it's still in the box! The box and ribbon are nicer than I expected -- perfectly good quality for gift giving at a wedding! But the stopper itself is not quite the star I had hoped it would be.

This kit is built upon the Maxpedition FIGHT pouch platform which securely holds all of the contents while being readily accessible with the tear away design. Maxpedition makes very high quality gear that is rugged, durable, and will stand up to abuse. One of the aspects that I really like with this trauma kit it that it has built in redundancy. There are two tourniquets, two chest seals, and multiple methods for handling severe bleeding. This is an excellent kit to treat an individual with multiple systemic trauma or multiple individuals. All of the contents are top quality except for the SWAT-T tourniquet which in my opinion is not as effective as the Combat Application Tourniquet. Some minor adjustments that I would make to this kit would be to include 2-3 pairs of Nitrile gloves, add 4 packets of Water Jel Burn Jel, Pain Relief 25 ea, and add a small LED flashlight such as the Streamlight 66318 MicroStream C4 LED Pen Flashlight.

I highly recommend The Tactical Development Group Trauma Kit as it is an effective trauma kit. Most kits have components that are cheap quality but not this kit. In fact, this is one of the best "pre-packaged" kits that I have seen on the market.
