Pros: Extremely fast delivery, well packaged and sturdy construction.

Cons: Only one con, it is NOT made to tilt. The seat is built as a normal hydraulic seat. There is no mechanism on this seat to allow it to tilt. It is advertised as "Stool seat tilt positioning" so this is false advertising. One of the main reasons I ordered this was for the seat tilting feature.
