Product Description

1.Take the cap sheet. Place it on a clean, dry surface. 2.Place the encapsulation sheet on top of the cap sheet using the stainless steel to fix it correctly in place. 3.Pour capsule tops into the encapsulation sheet and, using a circular motion, gently shake the tops into the holes.While doing this, cover the gap in the wall of the encapsulation sheet with one hand to avoid spilling the tops. 4.When the holes are filled pour out the excess tops. 5.Remove the encapsulation sheet and put the filled cap sheet to one side. 6.Now take the bottom sheet. Fix the encapsulation sheet to the bottom sheet, using the black pegs to fix it correctly in place. 7.Pour bottoms into the encapsulation sheet and shake as before to fill the holes. Pour off excess bottoms 8.Remove the filled encapsulation sheet and put it carefully to one side. 9.Pour a scoop of powder filler onto the bottom sheet and use the spreader to fill the bottoms. 10.If the bottoms are not filled enough, use the tamping tool to compress the fillings and repeat the previous procedure. 11.Remove the tamping tool and put it and the spreader to one side. 12.Take the filled cap sheet and place the middle sheet on top using the black pegs protruding upwards to fit it correctly in place. 13.Turn the cap sheet / middle sheet over and fix to the bottom sheet. 14.Now, stand up.Place both hands on the top.Push downwards with equal pressure .Turn the whole set over. Place both hands on top. Push downwards to lock the capsules.

I ordered this product and knew it was going to take a while to receive as it was coming from China. I did allot of research on manual capsule machines and felt comfortable buying this unit. I was pleased it arrived much sooner than I thought it would, it was well packaged, and this unit is heavy all together, weighs about 25 lbs total. The quality was very good, plexy glass, stainless steel pins on the compactor, and fit together well. The written directions are not clear at all on how to put together and use. They did send a cd with it, and hoped it was a DVD which it wasn't and I couldn't watch it in my DVD player on my HD TV. I'm still figuring out how to use it and will update this review after I listen to the CD (if that's what it is) and try it in my computer laptop. The YouTube video on this machine is helpful but not very clear on which part is which in the video. more to come...
11/4/12 The written instructions weren't very clear but I figured out how to use it. I made my first batch of 400 capsules, only a couple capsules didn't snap together and I can say that I really like this capsule manual machine. It will pay for itself in a relatively short time with the amount of money I'll be saving as I create my own supplements and buy bulk powders. It is very well made and I'll be making thousands of capsules over the years and like being able to control the quality of my supplements. If you're going to make capsules this is the unit to get.

My beauty counselor suggested Christina professional care products, however when I moved to the US, couldn't find them anywhere. Was soooo happy when I found them on Amazon however a little taken aback by the long timing of the delivery. I still went ahead with the order and - surprise! - order came in about a week and a half!
